All our support is fully remote. We use screen sharing, Teams calls, or email depending on what works best for you. This allows us to serve clients anywhere in the world.
We'll guide you through adding a temporary guest account or using a screen share session — whichever you're most comfortable with. We never ask for your admin password directly.
